Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Assistant to the Group Managing Director who can also step into the role of General Manager when needed. This is a part-time position with the potential to evolve into a full-time role for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, excellent time management abilities, and an aptitude for learning quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Assistance: Provide comprehensive support to the Group Managing Director, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence. Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes. Assist with personal and business errands as required.
  • General Management: Step in as a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of family entertainment businesses, including arcade gaming, claw machines, trampoline parks, and property management in co-living rental apartments. Manage teams, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high service standards. Resolve customer and staff concerns efficiently and professionally. Support business development efforts, including event planning and execution.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, General Manager, or similar role is highly preferred.
  • Experience in family entertainment or property management industries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Open to candidates of all ages who bring maturity, energy, and a willingness to learn.

Position Details:

  • Part-Time Role: Approx. 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
  • Potential for Growth: This role could expand into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
