Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company objectives, particularly in the F&B industry (preferably Korean restaurants).
  • Provide strategic insights and market analysis to the board and key stakeholders.
  • Plan and oversee cost-effective operations, market expansion, and brand positioning.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Foster strong relationships with investors, partners, and government authorities.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor teams, ensuring alignment with company vision and performance goals.
  • Act as a key representative in media and public relations to enhance brand image.
  • Identify and address operational challenges with effective solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience as a Director, COO, or General Manager in the F&B industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, supply chain, and customer experience management.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, P&L statements, and cost control.
  • Familiarity with F&B regulatory requirements (e.g., licensing, hygiene, food safety).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive business growth and optimize operational efficiency.
