General Manager

You should have at least 12 years of work experience, with at least 8 years of management exposure.

You need to have work experience in edible plants and/or flowering plants like Orchids, and some background in horticulture is preferred. You should be academically qualified with a University Graduate degree. Drive and own your own car. Willing and able to travel.

You will need to manage the day-to-day running of a sizeable orchid and edible plant & vegetable business. You will be responsible for the administration and finance of the business, and the general management of the office.
