Chief Operating Officer

As the COO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving the company’s growth strategy. You will work closely with the CEO to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and scale the business while maintaining high standards of risk management and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless execution of remittance and payment services.

• Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations, including licensing requirements, AML/CFT policies, and reporting obligations.

• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand market reach, enhance digital payment solutions, and scale operations effectively.

• Technology & Innovation: Work closely with the technology team to improve platform performance, integrate new payment solutions, and drive digital transformation.

• Risk & Financial Management: Implement robust risk management practices, oversee financial controls, and manage operational costs to ensure profitability.

• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with banking partners, regulatory bodies, service providers, and shareholder to strengthen relationships and business opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience (8+ years) in a leadership role within the fintech, remittance, payments, or financial services industry.

• Strong understanding of MAS regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices in the payment services sector.

• Experience in scaling operations, process automation, and digital transformation.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
