P-Serv is partnering our Client, a leading name in digital transformation and they are looking for HR talents to be a part of their team!

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage all operational aspects of onboarding and hiring
2. Manage all General Admin and Benefits related matters such as medical claims and gifts claims
3. Process HR invoices
4. Perform Workday triggers and approvals
5. Perform security clearance checks
6. Oversee mailbox queries
7. Generate weekly or monthly updates and reports
8. Any other ad-hoc matters

Job Requirement

1. Diploma in Human Resources or relevant discipline
2. Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools (Note: Excel skills such as vlookup and pivot tables are important)
3. Experience with Workday or other leading HR systems is preferable
4. Able to multitask and handle a high volume of work

Working Hours / Location

1. Mon – Thu, 8.30am – 6pm; Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
2. Mapletree Business City (Nearest MRT – Labrador Park)
