General Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop the company’s 3-5 year strategic growth plan, set clear phase-wise objectives, and continuously assess and adjust strategic direction.
2. Oversee daily operations, establishing an efficient organizational structure and management processes.
3. Expand international business, with a primary focus on developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients in the Southeast Asian market.
4. Lead negotiations and signing of major projects, ensuring profitability and service quality meet expected targets.
5. Build a high-caliber professional team, implement talent development programs, and foster a collaborative corporate culture.
6. Enhance the company’s risk management framework to ensure compliance and mitigate operational risks.
7. Provide regular business performance reports to the board of directors, offering improvement recommendations and growth strategies.

Qualifications

1. Master’s degree or above, preferably in Architecture, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields; EMBA/MBA background is a plus.
2. Over 10 years of industry experience, including at least 6 years in senior management roles within multinational consulting firms or large enterprises.
3. Extensive strategic management experience, with a proven track record in corporate transformation or business expansion.
4. Strong negotiation skills with a history of successfully managing multi-million-dollar projects.
5. Exceptional leadership capabilities, with experience managing teams of 50+ professionals.
6. Deep expertise in corporate operations, with proficiency in finance, human resources, and market management.
7. International business acumen, with deep market insights and a strong network in Southeast Asia.
