• Monitor staff entrances and conduct bag checks to ensure compliance.
• Manage goods pass out procedure and oversee after-hours deliveries.
• Operate and monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols.
• Maintain key issuance records and contractor activity logs.
• Investigate thefts, damages, and workplace injuries and maintain detailed incident reports.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, suspicious packages and security incidents.
• Enforce health, safety and fire evacuation protocols.
• Assume the role of Site Incident Controller (SIC) or Emergency Response Team (ERT) in an emergency situation.
• Report maintenance and hazard issues promptly.
• Greet and assist guests in the lobby, provide luggage assistance to ensure a warm welcome and smooth check-in/out experience.
• Monitor lobby cleanliness, handle guest enquiries and complaints across multiple channels.
• Support hotel operations as required.

A Security Officer serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• High School or Secondary Vocational School graduate.
• Proficient with hotel security operations.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility and service.
• Good work attitude and always alert.
• Able to communicate effectively and clearly.
• Knowledgeable of resources and utilize them efficiently.
• Literacy in English to meet business needs, preferred.
