Night Security Supervisor
Job summary
A leading security agency in Singapore is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee security personnel and ensure effective operations at various client sites. The role involves leadership duties, daily briefings, and managing access control. Candidates must possess a PLRD license and demonstrate strong leadership and PC skills. This position requires readiness for 12-hour shifts and close collaboration with clients to meet their security needs. Competitive salary of up to $3,730 gross per month is offered.
Qualifications
- Possess PLRD license (SSS / SS rank) and completed RTT/HCTA/PRSF.
- PC literate and able to put up incident reports.
- Demonstrate good leadership skills to lead a security team.

- Supervise a team of security personnel.
- Lead the team, conduct daily briefings, and manage access control.
- Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for new staff.

- Supervise a team of security personnel.
- Demonstrate good leadership skills and lead a security team to meet the client’s requirements.
- Day / Night depending on location; 12-hr shift (Fixed shift, no need to rotate).
- Lead the team, conduct daily briefing, patrols, protect clients’ premises and manage access control, etc.
- Possess PLRD license (SSS / SS rank), and completed RTT/ HCTA / PRSF.
- Work with client’s representative closely and carry out instructions according to set SOP.
- PC literate and able to put up incident reports.
- Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for new staff; guide, advise and orientate for the job.
- Attend management meetings.
