Job summary
A leading security service company in Singapore seeks experienced Security Supervisors to oversee and manage teams at various sites. Responsibilities include supervising officers, conducting briefings, managing incidents, and maintaining documentation. Minimum one-year experience and a valid Security Officer License required. Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience supervising a security team.
- PC literate and able to write clear incident reports.
- First Aid / AED / CERT certified is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of security officers.
- Conduct daily briefings and manage access control.
- Respond to alarms and maintain accurate reports.

We are looking for reliable and experienced leaders to lead and manage a team of security officers Multiple sites available — including centrally located Malls, commercial and industrial locations.
Shift: Day/Night ( 5 / 6 work week available)
Salary: $3,470 – $4,000
- Supervise and lead a team of security officers
- Conduct daily briefings, patrols, and manage access control
- Work closely with client representatives and follow SOPs
- Manage incidents, respond to alarms, and esc- alarm when necessary
- Provide on-the-job training (OJT) for new officers
- Handle emergencies and support fire drills
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation
- Valid PLRD Security Officer License
- Minimum 1 year of experience supervising a security team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- PC literate and able to write clear incident reports
- First Aid / AED / CERT certified (advantageous for some sites)
