Overview of the role
We are currently looking to recruit a UAE National Warehouse Supervisor with Al-Futtaim Logistics. In this role, you are expected to effectively supervise warehouse activity, ensuring all deadlines and standards are achieved in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
What you will do
You will supervise the day-to-day operations in terms of receiving, checking, storing, picking, stock control activities, Quality, Health & Safety, and to ensure that these functions are carried out in a timely, reliable and cost-effective manner.

About the team
The role will report to the Operations Manager. You will be working in a dynamic and busy environment wherein you will be dealing directly with different stakeholders across the organization.
What equips you for the role
The ideal candidate will possess a Warehousing, Logistics or Supply Chain Degree with at least 2-3 years’ experience in large scale warehousing, procurement, or transport operations. You need to be a strong communicator in English and native languages of the workforce. You must have excellent planning, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage conflicts.
