📦 Warehouse Operations Supervisor | S$4,000 Basic + AWS | Pioneer Crescent

Salary: Up to $4,000 basic + AWS + Bonus
Location: Pioneer Crescent
Working Days: 5 days/week - Mon to Fri 7.15am to 4pm, lunch 45 min (5 days)

Supervision

• Supervise and lead a warehouse team of 10–14 staff
• Mentor and motivate the warehouse workforce to promote teamwork and productivity
• Ensure smooth warehouse operations with adequate manpower coverage during absenteeism
• Enforce Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures

Planning

• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily warehouse operations and storage activities
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and operational efficiency
• Oversee delivery and pickup schedules with logistics partners
• Manage general storage, materials handling, and inventory of packing materials, PPE, etc.
• Improve processes and implement procedures aligned with organisational goals
• Monitor compliance with rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures

Operations

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against grading, delivery notes, packing lists, and final weights
• Ensure materials are stored securely, safely, and in appropriate conditions
• Record and track inventory locations in the Stock Management System
• Identify material characteristics and determine suitable packaging and storage methods
• Source and purchase warehouse-related materials and supplies
• Monitor productivity, equipment maintenance, and machinery condition
• Manage quality and quantity of employee output
• Implement and execute operational plans

Other Duties

• Conduct daily roll-call, operational briefings, and safety talks
• Maintain confidentiality and liaise closely with Management on daily operational matters
• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards
• Analyse operational issues and propose effective solutions
• Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports to Group level
• Support Management in achieving company objectives

• Valid forklift driving license (mandatory)
• Ability to lead and manage a team of up to 12–14 staff
• Hands‑on and willing to be involved in daily operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
