We are looking for an Infra Engineer / Senior Engineer, Network to join our dynamic networking team. In this role, you will troubleshoot, resolve, and proactively manage network and infrastructure issues to ensure high availability, performance, and security across enterprise and data center environments. You will also mentor junior engineers, participate in incident management, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

• Analyse incidents and technical issues that impact infrastructure operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and infrastructure issues of varying complexity from moderate to high
• Own escalated incidents from Level 1 engineers through to closure ensuring timely updates and resolution
• Identify early warning signs or performance declines after upgrades, updates or maintenance activities
• Actively participate in the incident management process ensuring adherence to SLAs and producing incident reports when required
• Execute routine administration, configuration and support tasks according to established guidelines
• Review and implement change requests for minor network changes or upgrades
• Perform impact analysis for planned network maintenance, executing failovers where required to ensure service continuity
• Apply processes from infrastructure upgrade plans ensuring smooth rollouts with minimal disruption
• Maintain and update network documentation to reflect changes in infrastructure design or traffic flows
• Produce new documents and procedures to support repeatable routine tasks
• Update incident management systems with escalated cases and resolution details
• Mentor and guide Level 1 engineers helping them develop troubleshooting and incident management skills
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders

• At least 2–6 years of IT networking experience
• Networking Knowledge:
  • Advanced Routing and Switching
  • Advanced Wired and Wireless networks
  • Network Security (ACL, Firewall, VPN, ISE)
  • Network Performance Monitoring
  • Specialization breakouts 1‑2 domains
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) preferred

Ideally with experience in one or more areas below:

• Nexus Switches (7K, 9K) & NX‑OS technologies:
  • OTV, vPC, Fex, VxLAN
  • Fabric‑Path, Anycast Gateway
  • Multicast
• Cisco ACI Technologies (SD‑DC):

  • L4‑L7 Services Integration
• Others (Good to have):
  • Application Delivery Controllers, LSLB, GSLB
  • NGFW, NGIPS, Application Detection Engines, Anti‑virus Anti‑Malware Engines
  • Bandwidth Management Systems
  • Secure Proxy Systems
  • DNS Technologies

• Wired Network:
  • 2‑Tier, 3‑Tier Architectures
  • MCE, SSO, NSF, Stack Switching
  • MP‑BGP, MPLS‑VPN, Vrf‑lite

• Wireless Network:
  • Radio Design, Heat Map, Site Survey Tools
