About the client: Our client is a Reputed Bank.

We are looking for an Event Systems and Video Conferencing Project Engineer to support our new building project. This role will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. The position will primarily focus on configuration, setup new office technology system and managing compliance document.

• This role requires the engineer to be hands-on to configure AV/VC equipment.
• Liaise with vendors to coordinate Audio Visual project deliver and on-site technical support, equipment replacement, and issue resolution within required timelines.
• Work with cabling and system vendors for cabling provision and site marking.
• Monitor project progress, prepare weekly meeting reports.
• Read and interpret system line diagrams and technical schematics, ensure all installations follow the given standards.
• Understand and ensure fundamental network infrastructure meet AV and media setup requirements
• Independently diagnose and resolve system faults and technical issues.
• Ensure compliance, technical document and all project related activities meet the company requirements and standard.
• Conduct commissioning and UAT test with vendors and users.

Requirement:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Audio Visual system integration.
• The candidate should have at least 2 years of operations experience.
• Experience in project management and deploying conferencing, audio visual integration system including Extron, Crestron, Biamp, QSC, Dante audio devices, Cisco and other DSP, AV mixers or control platforms.
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) systems.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of AV over IP streaming concepts and
• Strong technical problem solving and analytical troubleshooting capabilities.
