Job summary
A healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking a Contract Home Care Nurse to deliver 12-hour private home-based nursing support. This role emphasizes holistic care and daily assistance, prioritizing the well-being and independence of patients at home. The ideal candidate must be a registered nurse with a caring personality, capable of working independently. Previous experience in home care or community nursing is an advantage. Qualifications
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR).
- Prior home care or community nursing experience is an advantage.
- Able to work independently in a home-care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide 12 hours of private home-based nursing care per shift.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and personal care.
- Observe patients’ condition and provide daily nursing reports.

Education
We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Contract Home Care Nurse to provide 12-hour private home-based nursing support for patients in the community. This role focuses on holistic care, daily assistance, and close companionship to support patients’ well-being and independence at home.
- Provide 12 hours of private home-based nursing care per shift
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and personal care
- Support patients in their daily routines, including mobility and engagement
- Accompany patients to clinic appointments, physiotherapy sessions, or medical visits when required
- Observe patients’ condition and provide daily nursing reports and updates
- Deliver care with empathy, professionalism, and respect for patient dignity
- Work closely with the care coordination team to ensure continuity of care
- SNB-registered nurse (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse)
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR)
- Bilingual will be an advantage
- Possess a serving heart, patience, and a strong, calm personality
- Able to work independently in a home-care environment
- Prior home care or community nursing experience is an advantage
