The Regional Business Operations Manager is a critical leadership role, essential to driving RGCC’s operational excellence and strategic growth across Southeast and Eastern Asia (including China). Collaborating closely with the Executive Director, Strategic Director, and international teams, the Regional Operations Manager will align processes with RGCC’s mission to deliver innovative, personalized cancer treatment solutions while advancing the company’s growth in the region.

1. Systemizing Business Operations
Develop and implement strategic operational frameworks to enhance sales, marketing, and internal workflows across Southeast and Eastern Asia.
Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement solutions that align with RGCC’s long-term strategic objectives.
2. Distributor, Clinic, and Practitioner Support
Act as the key contact for distributors, clinics, and practitioners, providing operational and administrative support as needed.
Monitor and evaluate distributor and clinic marketing campaigns, offering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
Ensure smooth issue resolution and maintain high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
3. Revenue Reporting and Strategic Insight
Consolidate and analyze revenue reports, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for business improvement.
Anticipate and address operational challenges proactively, implementing effective solutions.
4. Technology and System Management
Manage task systems (e.g., ClickUp) to ensure efficient project execution and team accountability.
Oversee CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to optimize data management, streamline workflows, and enhance client interactions.
Introduce automation tools to reduce manual tasks and improve productivity.
5. Doctor and Practitioner Onboarding
Facilitate the seamless onboarding of doctors and practitioners, ensuring accounts, portals, and systems are effectively set up.
Provide ongoing training and support to maximize engagement with RGCC services.
6. Regional Support and Travel
Be available to travel 1-2 times per month across Southeast Asia and Eastern Asia (including China) to provide on-site support when needed.
Build strong relationships with distributors, clinics, and practitioners, addressing operational challenges directly.
Represent RGCC at regional events, training sessions, and conferences, ensuring the company’s professional presence.
7. Risk Management
Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure smooth business continuity.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Safeguard data integrity and confidentiality across all systems and operations.
8. Financial Oversight
Monitor and control operational expenses, ensuring budgetary compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with finance teams to accurately track and report expenditures.
Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities that align with business priorities.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Executive Director, Strategic Director, RGCC International Teams, RGCC Labs, distributor representatives, coaches, and clinics to resolve operational challenges and meet business objectives.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and research teams to deliver seamless execution of cross-functional projects.
Support the planning and execution of training sessions, webinars, and regional conferences.
10. Stakeholder Communication and Customer Experience
Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and areas of opportunity.
Oversee customer support escalations, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
Actively seek and act on stakeholder feedback to continually improve service delivery.
