Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and best practices to ensure innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Design, etc.) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Campaign Management:

  • Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, email, etc.).
  • Oversee content creation and distribution, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and design.
  • Manage and optimize paid media budgets to maximize ROI and drive performance.

SEO & SEM Optimization:

  • Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
  • Oversee Google Ads and other paid search campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and cost-efficiency.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
  • Regularly report to senior leadership on key metrics, trends, and results.

Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Develop content strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement across channels (blog posts, email newsletters, social media, etc.).
  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and videographers to ensure content is high-quality, on-brand, and optimized for SEO.

Email Marketing & Automation:

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Oversee email segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and engage target audiences.
  • Manage social media calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in creating and executing successful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid social, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.), and CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, and project management.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, allocate resources, and drive measurable ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with web optimization, UX/UI, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Creative problem-solving and a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
