Job Overview

Our client is revolutionizing the cleaning industry with cutting-edge robotic solutions, having already made a significant impact in 30 countries. As they continue to grow and expand their global reach, they seek a highly skilled Lead Generation / Marketing Specialist to spearhead their marketing efforts.

This role reports directly to the Branding & Marketing Manager.

The Ideal Candidate

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate leads.
2. Designing and implementing innovative lead generation tactics to attract new prospects.
3. Collaborating with creative agencies to craft compelling marketing messages, proofreading and editing marketing content.
4. Managing and curating engaging content for the company's social media platforms.
5. Planning and executing B2B marketing and lead generation campaigns through local and international trade shows, social media, and other channels.
6. Working closely with the team to prepare and manage budgets, ensuring effective expense monitoring.
7. Tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing and lead generation campaigns, providing regular progress reports.
8. Managing the internal CRM platform, identifying opportunities to enhance sales lead tracking and customer lifecycle management.
9. Staying up-to-date with the latest robotics trends in the market through ongoing research.
10. Providing support to managers on brand campaigns and ad-hoc marketing projects.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

1. Open to remote working arrangements.
2. A degree in Marketing or a related field.
3. At least 1 year of relevant experience, with proficiency in using HubSpot.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. A deep understanding of digital marketing concepts.
6. Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
