Well-established global logistics and supply chain solutions provider with a strong regional presence. To support its continued growth and operational excellence, the company is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead the business and drive strategic and financial performance.

Reporting to the regional leadership / Board, the General Manager will be fully accountable for the overall management of the business, including strategy execution, operational performance, financial results, and people leadership. This role requires a strong commercial leader with deep logistics expertise and the ability to scale operations in a competitive market.

• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with regional objectives and growth plans.
• Drive revenue growth through business development, strategic partnerships, and key account management.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations to ensure high service standards, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Take full ownership of financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Lead, coach, and develop the management team to foster a high-performance and results-driven culture.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards while managing operational and business risks.
• Integrate sustainability and ESG principles into business operations and long-term strategy.
• Act as the key representative of the company with customers, partners, and external stakeholders.

• Proven experience in a senior management role (General Manager, Business Director, or equivalent) within logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or related industries.
• Strong track record in driving business growth and managing full P&L responsibility.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics operations and regional market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on management approach.
• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
