General Manager

Job Description:

Lead overall management of the factory, including production, finance, HR, and operations.
Set company goals, monitor performance, and ensure profitability and compliance.
Drive process improvement, cost control, and quality assurance.
Report directly to the company director or board.

Requirements:

Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related.
At least 5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of leadership and operational excellence.
Good financial and business acumen.
