Operational Oversight
Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, facility maintenance, and ensuring all equipment is functional and safe.
Team Management & Staff Development
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate gym staff such as trainers, receptionists, and cleaners. Ensure high levels of customer service and staff performance.
Membership Growth & Customer Retention
Drive membership sales through marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships. Monitor member satisfaction and resolve any service issues.
Financial Management
Oversee budgeting, revenue targets, expense control, and reporting. Ensure profitability by managing operational costs and maximizing income sources.
Compliance & Safety Standards
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness regulations. Maintain necessary licenses and certifications for the gym and staff.
