Job description:
You will be part of a multi-skilled team on shift, trained to manage real-time airport operations while ensuring a high level of safety, readiness, efficiency, and positive experience in collaboration with Seletar's airport partners. You will take ownership of the airport's operations across terminal and airside, ensuring optimal allocation of resources as well as effective airport facilitation to promote positive user experience. You will also be responsible for ensuring that Seletar's infrastructure, operations, and stakeholders comply with established rules, SOPs, standards, and regulations.
You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end processes from runway and taxiway management, apron management, and airside resource allocation to ensure safe and efficient take-off, landing, and taxiing at Seletar Airport. You will proactively work with internal and external stakeholders to manage any operational disruptions and provide analytical assessment and insights towards process improvements and incident management capabilities. You are also expected to conduct training and assessment of safety-related competencies for our airport stakeholders.
You will actively collaborate with airport partners to ensure smooth operations and optimal user experience at Seletar Airport. You are expected to exercise resourcefulness and discretion when finding solutions to operational and service issues, facilitating special events and/or VVIPs, as well as managing abnormal operations.
