The General Manager will oversee the overall business operations, including production, supply chain, sales, financial planning, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Strategic Planning
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration across departments.

2. Operations & Production Management
- Oversee day-to-day production, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality control.
- Implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing operations and reduce waste.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and production facilities.
3. Financial & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, new product launches, and expansion into new markets.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
4. Supply Chain & Logistics
- Manage procurement, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure seamless distribution and supply chain operations to meet customer demand.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align production with market demand.
5. Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO, SFA guidelines).

6. Team Development & Performance Management

Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or a related industry.
- Proven track record in General Management, Operations, or Business Leadership.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality assurance, and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and efficiency.
