ABOUT THE ROLE
As the General Manager, Southeast Asia, you will take the reins of Lenskart’s business in SEA, serving as the driving force behind the brand's growth and success. This pivotal role offers full P&L responsibility, empowering you to lead both retail and online operations, build high-performing teams, and shape strategies that deliver outstanding business results. You’ll be at the forefront of driving market expansion, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence, all while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. This role can be based either in Singapore or Bangkok.
