ABOUT THE ROLE

As the General Manager, Southeast Asia, you will take the reins of Lenskart’s business in SEA, serving as the driving force behind the brand's growth and success. This pivotal role offers full P&L responsibility, empowering you to lead both retail and online operations, build high-performing teams, and shape strategies that deliver outstanding business results. You’ll be at the forefront of driving market expansion, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence, all while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. This role can be based either in Singapore or Bangkok.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • P&L Management: Own the complete P&L for Lenskart’s Singapore operations, ensuring revenue growth, cost control, and profitability targets are achieved.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that integrates retail and online channels, driving omnichannel growth.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams across retail and online business units, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, including new store launches, market trends, and partnerships, to expand Lenskart’s footprint in Singapore.
  • Marketing Brand Experience: Reshape and enhance our marketing brand experience, with strong focus on Southeast Asia markets.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and insights to inform decision-making, optimize operations, and enhance performance across channels.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global leadership and external partners to align on priorities and ensure successful execution of key initiatives.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in P&L management and leading large, diverse teams. Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing industries is highly preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire, lead, and drive high-performance teams across multiple functions and levels.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding business goals and driving profitable growth.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically, with a focus on long-term growth and operational efficiency.
  • Adaptability: Highly malleable, resourceful, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
