Job summary
A leading human resources organization in Singapore is seeking a finance professional with strong management accounting skills. The role involves preparing monthly management accounts, leading annual budgeting, and providing financial insights. Candidates should have a degree in Accountancy/Finance and at least 5 years of management accounting experience. This position also focuses on improving finance processes and ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance commentary.
- Lead annual budgeting and support rolling forecasts.
- Provide financial insights, scenario modelling, and cost analysis.
- Strengthen internal controls, improve finance processes, and ensure policy compliance.
- Partner with stakeholders on financial planning, programme profitability, and resource allocation.
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations and support team development.
