Job summary
A leading player in industrial real estate in Singapore is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their finance team. The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, audits, and budget management, while developing strategies to support business growth. Ideal applicants should possess a degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with at least 10 years of experience in finance, and familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in Finance function.
- Experienced in consolidation and financial reporting.
- Work experience in property/real estate is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SFRS (Singapore Financial Reporting Standards).

Our client, a player in the industrial real estate sector with regional operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Taiwan and Japan with an annual revenue of SGD50million is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the incumbent will be working alongside a finance team of 15. He/she will be responsible for the preparation and review of group financial reports, internal and external audits, consolidation, forecasting and budgeting, and development of financial strategy to support business growth requirements.

- Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in Finance function
- Experienced in consolidation and financial reporting
- Work experience in property / real estate space is an advantage
- Familiarity with SFRS (Singapore Financial reporting standards)
- Strong ability to mentor and guide others
- Strong command of verbal and written communication skills
