Job summary
A leading finance company in Singapore is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee Group Management reports, budgets, and compliance with SGX regulations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, and strong technical accounting skills. This role requires excellent interpersonal communication skills to liaise with stakeholders. Candidates with a CA qualification are preferred. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted only.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in a Finance Manager role.
- Familiar with SGX Main Board regulatory requirements.
- Ability to handle time-tight projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Group Management reports and budgets.
- Oversee annual budgetary exercise.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Skills
Education
Prepare Group Management reports and budgets and provide financial analysis to Management / Board.
Prepare Group consolidation, year-end annual report and sustainability report.
Oversee annual budgetary exercise.
Liaise with internal and external auditors.
Preparation of Board papers, SGX announcements, shareholders’ circular and coordination of AGM/EGM.
Oversee treasury functions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants and internal auditors.
Handle any other ad hoc duties as directed by management.
Familiar with SGX listing rules and corporate governance compliance.
Bachelor of Accountancy Degree and candidates with CA is preferred.
Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the role of a Finance Manager with a Mainboard Listed Company.
Familiar with SGX Main Board regulatory requirements.
Dedicated individual with good interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with the stakeholders.
Possess the drive and dedication to manage time tight projects.
Strong technical accounting and analytical skills preferred.
