Job Responsibilities:
HR Recruitment Assistance: Process work pass application/ renewal/ cancellation/ appeal for general workers.
Onboarding Assistance: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documents are completed.
Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance records, leave balances, and training records.
Benefits Administration: Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and employee wellness programs.
Payroll Support: Assisting with payroll processing using InfoTech by verifying timekeeping records, calculating overtime, and ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
Performance Management: Supporting the performance appraisal process by scheduling performance reviews and assisting with performance improvement plans as needed.
HR Policy Implementation: Assisting in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures, including disciplinary actions and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Employee Relations: Providing support to employees on HR-related matters, including addressing queries and concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
Training and Development: Coordinating training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge, as well as assisting in tracking training completion and evaluating training effectiveness.
Health and Safety Compliance: Assisting in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations for the in-house dormitory, including conducting safety inductions for new employees and participating in safety audits and inspections.
General Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the HR department, such as maintaining HR files, answering phones, responding to email inquiries, and upkeep of office facilities, supplies, and equipment.
Any other ad-hoc matters assigned.
