Provide Human Resource support to business units, ensuring smooth execution of HR functions.
Conduct the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure employee records are up to date and accurately maintained in HR databases.
Support HR administrative tasks, including documentation, payroll coordination, and benefits processing.
Oversee foreign employees' accommodation matters, including allocation, lease renewals, and addressing housing-related concerns.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee welfare and engagement.
Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation programs and exit procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations, supporting audits and HR reporting.
Assist in planning and executing HR projects, company events, and employee engagement activities.
Assist in any other ad-hoc HR projects/events when assigned.
Adhere to workplace safety and health policies, practice safe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace; and not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger self or others.
Job Requirements
Candidate should possess at least Diploma / GCE ‘A’ level.
Willingness and enthusiasm in learning.
Good knowledge of the Employee Act and Singapore labour laws will be advantageous.
Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Word.
