Assistant HR Manager (Construction, West)

Job Details:

• Salary: $4500 - $5000 (depends on experiences)
• Location: Bukit Batok (West Area)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and performance management
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws
• Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
• Handle workplace grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner
• Support management in strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition
• Ensure accurate HR documentation, including employment contracts, payroll records, and government-related submissions
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Min 5 years of relevant working experiences
