Salary Range: Basic Salary $6000 - $8000 + VB + AWS

Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week, 9.00am - 5.30pm

Working Location: CBD - Shenton Way

Familiar in Labor Laws , Regional HR regulation & Proficient in HRIS

Strong in HR Strategy and Planning will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Full Spectrum HR role
• Liaise with payroll vendors, manage bonuses, salary increments, medical claims, insurance, and employee benefits.
• Identify training needs, coordinate training courses, and manage training records and funding claims.
• Oversee performance appraisals, promotions, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Provide HR insights on organizational change, talent management, and leadership development.
• Support audits, inspections, order supplies, assist with tender documents, and handle ad-hoc projects.
• Formulate and execute HR strategies that are in line with business objectives and foster organizational growth across Singapore and the Southeast Asia and Oceania (SEAO) region.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
• 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations: In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal HR laws and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office Suite, and HR analytics tools.
