Position Overview: The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions, with a strong emphasis on process improvement, automation, and the implementation of e-learning projects. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee experience, streamlining HR operations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Process Improvement:

1. Analyze and enhance existing HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Implement best practices to streamline workflows and reduce redundancies.
3. Where possible, initiate HR system automations and provide a streamlined HR experience for all new recruits.

1. Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
2. Oversee offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance and a positive exit experience.

1. Identify opportunities to automate HR processes, reducing manual tasks and improving data accuracy.
2. Collaborate with IT to implement and maintain HR software solutions.

1. Lead the development and deployment of e-learning initiatives to support employee development.
2. Ensure training materials are current, relevant, and accessible to all employees.

1. Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top talent in the offerwall industry.
2. Work closely with external and internal recruitment stakeholders and ensure process efficiency.
3. Develop strategies for talent retention and succession planning.

1. Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
2. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

1. Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
2. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters.

1. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the industry.
2. Conduct regular market analyses to inform compensation strategies.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in process improvement and HR systems automation.
3. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and implementation strategies.
4. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
