What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a dynamic Asst HR Director / HR Director to support and drive the strategic and operational initiatives of our HR department across the Group. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with property HR heads, General Managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of HR services, alignment with corporate objectives, and the cultivation of a high-performance workforce.

This role involves active engagement in key HR functions, including manpower planning, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with governance standards. It requires a proactive and collaborative approach to foster innovation, enhance employee satisfaction, and ensure alignment with the Group’s long-term goals in human capital management.

Key Functions:

• Assist in the governance and implementation of human capital management strategies and development for hotels under the Park Hotel Group.
• Lead the Corporate Human Resource function, providing operational HR guidance across local and overseas hotel management teams.
• Align and execute HR strategies, programmes, policies, and practices to achieve the Group’s vision of excellence and business objectives.
• Provide operational and tactical support for talent management, performance management, and compensation decisions
• Assist in promoting a compelling service culture, strong employer branding, and employee value proposition
• Oversee and support HR operations, including manpower planning, employee engagement, performance reviews, and succession planning
• Monitor and adapt to human capital trends and changes in the local and global landscape.
• Support new business ventures, acquisitions, and rebranding by implementing strategic HR services and corporate policies

What We’re Looking For:

A dedicated HR leader with over 10 years of management experience in Singapore's hotel, hospitality, or F&B industry. Possesses strong leadership and organisational skills, capable of independently spearheading HR initiatives and projects to enhance processes and elevate the Group's HR branding.
