Admin Event Assistant – HR & Employee Engagement

Location: Changi Airport

Salary: $3000 - $3800/month

Working Hours: Mon to Thur (8.30am-6pm), Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)

Contract Duration: 6-12 Months (Depending on experience)

Job scope:

  • Assist in organizing staff events (e.g., Family Day, Dinner & Dance)
  • Coordinate vendors, create event materials, and manage procurement.
  • Help develop and execute branding strategies
  • Create content for various platform
  • Design materials to attract top talent
  • Support internal and external employer brand communication.
  • Research trends and competitor strategies to improve branding efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in admin or events management.
  • Strong communication skills, with content creation ability
  • Creative with a keen eye for design.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of employer branding trends (advantageous).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
