Finance & HR Manager (Fullsets/ HR) JM50

Job Description:

1. Manage month-end and year-end closing process
2. Submit financial reports related to budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, etc.
3. Review AP, AR, IC, GL, and schedules to meet the timelines
4. Ensure payments and receipts, amounts, and records are correct
5. Prepare all accounts entries to ensure proper accounting for business transactions and comply with accounting standards and policies
6. Responsible for ensuring adequate internal controls over company’s accounting and financial procedures, including GST preparation and submission
7. Conduct bank reconciliation
8. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and professional advisors on related matters
9. Provide key support to senior management in developing plans for financial growth, including setting KPIs, budgeting, and cash flow planning based on revenues and other financial indicators
10. Manage Project Cost Accounting to track costs of respective projects closely and highlight any discrepancies or extraordinary increases/decreases to Management
11. Work closely with Operations and recommend cost control measures to reduce costs
12. Oversee HR and Admin Department
13. Assist in payroll-related matters
14. Ensure timely and accurate submissions of CPF and income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters, including BizSAFE documentation updates
