- Manage and coordinate all production activities on board the cruise ship, including but not limited to shows, events, and activities.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely and efficient execution of all productions.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of production staff and crew members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless execution of all productions.
- Monitor and maintain production budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections of production equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures at all times.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and implement new techniques and technologies to enhance productions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Theater, Performing Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing multiple productions simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work irregular hours and travel as required.
