Junior Industrial Multidisciplinary Automation Manufacturing Operations Manager

Gauteng | Permanent position

Must be willing to relocate to JHB North if needed

Must have either a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field or a Senior Accounting Degree – Please send a copy.

Must have 3 - 5+ years working experience as a Multidisciplinary Engineering Manufacturing Operational Manager, continually seeking to enhance and streamline operations to boost productivity.

Must have clear communication, detailed reporting, and experience in preparing and presenting reports to the CEO.

Must have working experience in budget management and cost control.

The role of an Engineering Operation Manager is crucial in any organization, serving as the backbone that ensures the seamless execution of daily business activities. Responsibilities

  6. Collaborating with senior management to align objectives.
  7. Overseeing inventory and supply chain logistics.

  9. Implementing best practices across operations.
  10. Monitoring performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  11. Utilizing technology to automate processes.
  12. Efficient resource allocation is a fundamental duty.
  13. Ensuring that all resources, from human capital to equipment, are optimally used.
  14. Continual process enhancement is vital.

Leadership and Supervision

  1. Effective leadership is central to an Operation Manager’s role. They must guide and inspire teams toward achieving organizational goals.

Monthly Salary: R 35 000 – R 47 000 CTC Not Negotiable at all (Salary is depending on years of relevant experience only and skills gained regarding this vacancy only) + Discretionary Annual Performance Bonus.

Please note there is a Pension Scheme which will be deducted off your Salary.
