Job summary
A leading security services company seeks a Site Manager in Gauteng to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all security requirements are met. The role requires at least 8 years in management within the security industry, strong leadership, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include training staff, evaluating service levels, and ensuring compliance with client specifications. Applicants must be Psira accredited, have reliable transport, and be willing to work extended hours.
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in a managerial role in the security industry.
- Experience as a Site Manager managing a large security team.
- No criminal record is required.
- Own reliable transport and valid Drivers License is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily security operations and ensure client needs are met.
- Train security officers on risk prevention and incident management.
- Evaluate service levels and make improvement recommendations.
- Attend client meetings and submit reports to management.
