Senior Protective Services Supervisor - Security & Incident
Job summary
A leading South African utility company is seeking a Protective Services Officer to ensure the safety of staff, assets, and property. The successful candidate will oversee compliance with the National Key Point Act and conduct risk management while supervising a team. Ideal candidates will have extensive security experience, relevant firearm certifications, and strong communication skills. This position offers a challenging environment focused on performance and teamwork.
Qualifications
- 5 years Protective Services experience within security, with 2 years at a National Key point installation.
- Firearm competency certificate from SAPS for handling firearm types.
- Valid Driver's license to pass Rand Water K53 drivers evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor access and egress control.
- Assist during Emergency incidents and preparedness.
- Tend to administrative matters including signing occurrence books.
- Provide supervision and guidance to subordinates.
