A Site Supervisor position is vacant, based in Ermelo, reporting to the Branch Manager. The overall purpose of this position is to ensure that all contractual agreements are adhered to and that the Client’s needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

1. Minimum Grade 12 / Standard 10
2. Previous supervisory experience
3. PSIRA registered (Grade A or B)

JOB REQUIREMENTS & OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

1. Computer Literate (Basic MS Office) will be an advantage
2. Valid driver’s license
3. Sound knowledge of disciplinary procedures
4. Clean Disciplinary record

Key Performance Areas: (Not totally inclusive):

1. Constantly evaluating risks / threats and making recommendations to the Client to counter these.
2. Ensuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the Client.
3. Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client with regard to security services rendered.
4. Managing the response and investigation of serious incidents such as theft from premises, vehicle theft, armed robberies, breaking and entering etc.
5. Liaising daily with Operations management on various operational issues.
6. Submitting relevant weekly / monthly incident and general reports as required by Fidelity Management and client.
7. Assisting the Fidelity Operations Management and Client in special events, adhoc requests and any and all investigations.
8. Dealing with all required administration matters.
9. Ensuring that all shifts are covered on a daily basis.
