Description:
Vaimo is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team. The Programme Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of a Programme or portfolio of related Enterprise Projects. Each of the related projects is overseen by a Project Manager. The Programme Manager ensures that each project within the programme is delivered according to agreed success criteria for the Programme health, profitability, goals, constraints and client expectations.
The Programme Manager works closely with the Project Managers responsible for the individual projects / streams in the Programme. The Programme Manager supports, guides and enables the successful delivery of each individual Programme project / stream. This includes reviewing, tailoring and aligning all project delivery processes, practices, tools and templates for each project / stream inside the Programme.
As Programme Manager you are responsible for managing Programme resources and are directly responsible for the Successful delivery of Projects.. The Programme Manager is responsible for setting the Programme plan with gates, milestones and inter-dependencies. The Programme Manager is responsible for managing changes, risks and stakeholders on a Programme level.
Overall, the Programme Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that Programmes are delivered successfully, and meet the expectations of the Programme stakeholders. A Programme Manager must have strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A successful Programme Manager will achieve healthy, profitable Programmes with high levels of Client Satisfaction as well as engaged and high performing Programme delivery teams and Project Managers.
