Job Responsibilities:
1. Technical Training: Lead technical training sessions to enhance the technical skills of trainees.
2. Technical Support: Respond to and resolve technical issues promptly, coordinating internal and external resources for follow-up and resolution.
3. Technical Documentation: Update and maintain technical knowledge documents.
4. Project Support: Provide on-site support for key projects, resolving technical issues to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of projects.
Job Requirements:
1. Preferably 2+ years of work experience, with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Strong understanding and communication skills; experience in technical teaching and prior work experience in the security industry are preferred.
3. Excellent learning ability and writing skills, with the ability to summarize and organize information clearly.
4. Ability to adapt to changes in organizational structure and work content as business needs evolve.
5. Proficient in using PPT and other office software.
Personnel Requirements:
1. Preferably 2+ years of experience in after-sales technical support or project delivery in the security industry.
2. Familiarity with security surveillance system integration and debugging, with a solid understanding of network architecture, storage, and platform services.
3. Highly responsible, with a strong understanding of industry solutions and the ability to develop comprehensive technical proposals and communicate effectively.
4. Strong learning ability, with the capacity to work independently; excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
