Become an integral part of crafting an outstanding business process experience that accelerates decisions and business growth by joining the OpEx team as a Process Execution Analyst. You will be responsible for the design, execution, and continuous improvement of key GSM processes to meet the business objectives of the business. A successful candidate will work with leadership and business teams across the organization to help improve, optimize or design processes to establish next generation business motions in alignment to the T&M BU strategy for growth.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Dive deep into current business processes and workflows, peeling back layers to uncover hidden inefficiencies.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest creative substitutes that boost efficiency and accuracy.
- Craft and implement new processes designed to boost efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance.
- Engage with all relevant collaborators, ensuring their needs and expectations are incorporated into the process.
- Test and validate new processes rigorously before rolling them out.
- Keep a vigilant eye on the effectiveness of implemented processes, ready to make tweaks as necessary.
- Train and guide team members, providing comprehensive support on the new procedures and processes.
- Visualize complex workflows with detailed process diagrams and flowcharts, simplifying intricate procedures.
- Collaborate closely with management and other departments to build and implement strategic process initiatives.
- Maintain a robust process inventory, detailing every business process with clear descriptions and performance metrics.
- Sales tools administrative support.

- Contributes to larger scale projects/process changes under the leadership of senior team members.
For This Role, You Will Need:- Bachelors degree or above.
- 5-7 years of work experience as a coordinator or specialist or equivalent.
- Skilled in SFDC, Microsoft Office365, especially Excel, OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Team-oriented service skills: positive, friendly, poise, diplomacy, trust-worthy.
- Able to execute in a highly interrupt-driven environment, handling multiple projects/assignments.
- Strong organizational, planning, priority setting, and time management skills.
- Self-starter who works independently to prioritize and resolve issues.
- Superior problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:- Experience with change management and process management preferred.
- Project Management Certification is a plus.
