Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate product management activities and internal resources for product roadmap deliverables and POC.
2. Organize deliverables into actionable items, set timeframes, assign tasks to product team members, and assist with schedule management throughout the Product Lifecycle.
3. Liaise with stakeholders and clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
4. Ensure that evolving product offerings meet market needs.
5. Monitor product progress and address any issues that arise.
6. Utilize tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures as required by business needs.
7. Assist in legal paperwork processes (e.g., intellectual property filing, supply chain contracts, terms of agreement, and certification).
8. Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, plans, and reports.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
2. 1 - 5 years of experience in product management roles within the IT industry.
3. Proven track record of success in product management.
4. Deep understanding of IT solutions, technologies, and trends, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
5. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
7. Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
8. Candidates with prior exposure to Scrum Master roles or agile methodology experience will be given prioritized consideration.
