PMO Manager/Lead

About the role

Verinon Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced PMO Manager/Lead to join their team in Kuala Lumpur on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of key projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

1. Establishing and maintaining project management processes and best practices
2. Developing and monitoring project plans, budgets, and timelines
3. Identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies
4. Providing regular status updates and reporting to key stakeholders
5. Leading and mentoring a team of project coordinators and administrators
6. Driving continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery

What we're looking for

1. 5+ years of experience in a PMO or project management role, ideally within the Information & Communication Technology industry
2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
3. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
4. Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and other relevant tools
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Project Management or Business Administration
