Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage project permits, regulatory approvals, and authority submissions.
Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial planning to ensure profitability.
Approve project expenditures, control costs, and ensure financial accountability.
Oversee stage billing and cash flow to ensure project expenses remain within budget.
Serve as the main liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Lead progress meetings, resolve disputes, and ensure effective communication among all parties.
Supervise and mentor project teams, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Work closely with QA/QC teams to implement quality control measures.
Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and regulatory compliance certifications (CCC, VP, etc.).
Oversee the Defect Liability Period (DLP) and ensure all defects are rectified in a timely manner.
Track project milestones, monitor site progress, and ensure timely completion.
Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and risk assessments to senior management.
Implement project management tools for efficient tracking and reporting.
Identify potential project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure risk management compliance.
Address delays, unforeseen issues, and emergency situations with effective solutions.
Lead and mentor the Assistant Project Manager (APM) and project team.
Ensure adherence to company policies, project objectives, and industry best practices.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by HOD.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in project management within construction or property development.
Proven experience in managing high-value projects from inception to completion.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, and other project management tools.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
