Position Overview

The Project Executive manages event projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a passionate individual with strong multitasking abilities and a keen interest in event management. The Project Executive will coordinate various elements of event planning and execution, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver successful events.

2. Client Satisfaction: Deliver events that meet or exceed client expectations, fostering positive relationships and repeat business.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Planning, Launch and Registration:
2. Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
3. Liaise with internal and external parties to successfully launch the event online.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan & execute marketing activities to meet registration targets.
5. Client Management:
6. Build good relationships with clients.
7. Coordinate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor event plans accordingly.
8. Provide expertise, and advice to clients and manage clients’ expectations.
9. Event Execution:
10. Oversee on-site event setup, operations, and breakdown, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
11. Address any issues that arise during events promptly to minimize disruptions.
12. Budget Management:
13. Monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
14. Prepare financial reports and assist in invoicing clients post-event.
15. Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct debriefings with clients and internal teams to assess event success and areas for improvement. Compile comprehensive reports detailing event outcomes and client feedback.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in event planning or project management, with a proven track record of managing events independently.
3. Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
