Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Aftermarket Sales Executive to drive sales growth and market expansion for our aftermarket parts and services. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and marketing acumen to ensure sustained revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for aftermarket parts and services.
- Identify and engage with potential customers, including existing clients, fleet operators, and distributors.
- Responsible for account receivables for the identified area/accounts.
- Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to enhance customer retention.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Customer Support & Technical Assistance:
- Provide product recommendations and technical support to customers regarding aftermarket parts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to parts orders, delivery, and warranty claims.
- Work closely with service teams to ensure seamless post-sales support and customer satisfaction.
Parts Marketing & Promotion:
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote aftermarket parts and accessories.
- Develop sales materials, brochures, and digital content to support marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to enhance product visibility through exhibitions, trade shows, and digital platforms.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Assist in pricing strategy development and competitor benchmarking.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, parts marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of automotive, industrial, or heavy equipment aftermarket parts.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.
