Job description

Job Responsibility

Sales Development

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the health products market.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, including OEM and ODM partners.
  3. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  4. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

Marketing Strategy

  1. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  2. Develop content for promotional materials, such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  3. Coordinate with design and production teams for the creation of marketing materials.

Customer Engagement

  1. Organize and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
  2. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Market Analysis

  1. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  2. Collect and analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.

Collaboration

  1. Work closely with the R&D team to understand product features and unique selling points.
  2. Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.

Job Requirements

  1. Fluency in Mandarin is required to ensure effective communication with Taiwan Management.
  2. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food manufacturing or health product industry.
  3. Strong understanding of OEM and ODM business models.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  6. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
