To implement marketing initiatives across the Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, and New Zealand markets. This includes forecasting sales needs and initiative budgets, and collaborating with sales teams to ensure marketing aligns with the company or brand's image.

Identify specific marketing goals and objectives for each country.
Assist the Senior Manager in developing creative strategies.
Recommend strategies for implementation in regional marketing plans.
Analyze local competition and strengthen the company's brand position in assigned regional areas.
Develop and supervise the marketing budget.
Liaise with regional marketing (Product Managers).
Understand regional marketing plans and tailor them to specific regions.
Develop a clear understanding of financial goals and key success indicators in each country.
Interact with marketing leads to formulate and supervise country marketing budgets.
Evaluate productivity and the return on investment (ROI) of marketing strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.
Master's degree may be advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing or business development role.
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices is advantageous.
Experience with marketing tools and software.
Experience working in the building/construction industry.
Ability to supervise a team.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
