Senior Marketing Executive

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's Professional Division is recruiting on behalf of a leading organization in real-estate industry is currently looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including Google Ads, social media, email, websites, and activation events, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and product launches while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO strategies to enhance content visibility and website performance.
• Develop engaging and persuasive marketing copy for various channels, such as emails, social media, and advertisements, maintaining consistency with brand messaging.
• Oversee content scheduling and social media engagement to foster audience interaction and optimize content performance.
• Manage online community interactions, ensuring content moderation aligns with company guidelines.
• Monitor industry trends and market developments to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
• Support PR and branding initiatives by coordinating events, drafting press releases, and maintaining media relationships.
• Assist with other marketing-related tasks and projects as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B strategies.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with proficiency in crafting presentations and marketing materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in marketing agencies, journalism, or community management is beneficial.
• Knowledge of product design, development, or management is a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments or international work settings is an advantage.
