Ensure the sales team achieves the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
Coach and mentor sales teams to improve sales skills and performance.
Oversee the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to increase sales revenue.
Source new prospects and follow up on existing prospects to ensure assigned sales targets are achieved.
Monitor and supervise the department team in liaising with lawyers, bankers, and purchasers on all aspects of execution of SPA and loan documentation.
Check and ensure all SPA, loan agreements, and related activities of the sales and credit administration process documentation are done correctly within timelines and filed properly for retrieval at all times.
Responsible for sales launching, attending to walk-in customers, and handling any forms of sales inquiries via email, phone call, letter, etc.
Supervise and lead the Marketing Department to carry out product awareness campaigns and provide feedback on products and campaigns.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various mediums including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
Continuously educate teams to develop and maintain good customer relationship skills.
Set sales targets and KPIs for both sales and marketing teams.
Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales and marketing activities.
