ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Ad Tech team! Our mission is to help game creators promote their products and attract new players by developing smart, data-driven solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketing Funnel Analysis & Optimization – Design, build, and analyze marketing funnels across multiple channels to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Data Collection & Integration – Gather, clean, and consolidate data from various sources such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, BigQuery, and other marketing platforms to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting.
  • Product & Conversion Analytics – Conduct in-depth analyses of user behavior, conversion rates, and customer journeys to optimize website performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • Experimentation & A/B Testing – Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of product changes and marketing strategies.
  • Dashboards & Reporting – Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports to provide actionable insights to marketing, product, and leadership teams.
  • Collaboration & Strategy Support – Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to provide data-driven recommendations that support business goals and enhance customer engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of analytics experience in a digital product. Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, and other marketing attribution tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics, customer behavior analysis, and product analytics, including conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel analysis.
  • Proficiency in writing complex queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, particularly in environments like BigQuery, Snowflake, or other data warehouses.
  • Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to create dashboards and present insights effectively.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, hypothesis testing, and statistical tools like Python, R, or Excel for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders across marketing, product, and leadership teams.
