Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Aftermarket Sales Executive to drive sales growth and market expansion for our aftermarket parts and services. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and marketing acumen to ensure sustained revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for aftermarket parts and services.
  2. Identify and engage with potential customers, including existing clients, fleet operators, and distributors.
  3. Responsible for account receivables for the identified area/accounts.
  4. Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to enhance customer retention.
  6. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability.
  7. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Customer Support & Technical Assistance:

  1. Provide product recommendations and technical support to customers regarding aftermarket parts.
  2. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to parts orders, delivery, and warranty claims.
  3. Work closely with service teams to ensure seamless post-sales support and customer satisfaction.

Parts Marketing & Promotion:

  1. Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote aftermarket parts and accessories.
  2. Develop sales materials, brochures, and digital content to support marketing initiatives.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to enhance product visibility through exhibitions, trade shows, and digital platforms.
  4. Analyze market data and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies and product positioning.
  5. Assist in pricing strategy development and competitor benchmarking.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, parts marketing, or a related role.
  3. Strong understanding of automotive, industrial, or heavy equipment aftermarket parts.
  4. Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  5. Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is an advantage.
  6. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  7. Willingness to travel for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.
