Ensure smooth integration between Salesforce CRM and Contact Center technologies.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
Manage project timelines, risk mitigation, and alignment with business goals.
Good to have: Experience with Genesys Contact Center solutions.
8-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM Salesforce.
Expertise in Salesforce CRM integration with Contact Center technologies (Genesys experience is a plus).
Strong background in business process analysis, solution design, and system implementation.
Experience in digital transformation and improving customer experience.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.
Certifications in Salesforce or relevant business analysis methodologies (e.g., CBAP) are preferred.
Good to have: Knowledge of Genesys Contact Center solutions.
Experience in Financial Services or MNC environments is a plus.
