Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Reporting to General Manager / Senior Manager
• To maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels and departments.
• Ensure the proper handling of legal, contract, and tender documents regarding signatures, distribution, responses, emails, and faxes.
• Organise and handle Tender Action Committee meetings and related matters.
• To perform ad-hoc tasks from time to time as required by the Management.
